Casio Blood Pressure Monitor Watches

Tried to measure my blood pressure with these Casio watches but unfortunately, no luck. Kept getting 'M-Err' or 'Retry' messages. I know the BP-100 model was made in 1993 but do not know which year the BP-300 was made. No luck getting the manuals too. Some sites are selling the manuals if I read them correctly.
